Each year, our chef ambassadors travel worldwide to meet other professionals to share their expertise, explain the technical aspect of the Candia Professional range, and show its applications through demonstrations which are organized with our international distributors.
It is by this culinary journey that many professionals come for inspiration and to develop new techniques.
This month, it is our chef ambassador François Galtier who comes to meet you.
From South Korea (October 7th to 13th 2019), through China (October 14th to 16th 2019) to Dubai (October 27th to 30th 2019), François Galtier whill share his best advises on pastries, some technical gestures to master and he will mainly show you the entire range of Candia Professional butter, cream and cream cheese. A complete range that he will use for his elegant and creative pastries that you will be able to savor during the demonstration !
