For some years now, we can notice a strong interest for iced desserts and pastries in the BAPA environment in Asia.
Indeed, ever since the ice cream market skyrocketed in this region, many varieties appeared.
Benefiting from his expertise in this field, CANDIA PROFESSIONAL decided to collaborate with its chef ambassador Jean-Thomas Schneider to create a booklet of iced recipes using the complete range of CANDIA PROFESSIONAL products.
With his titles of World Pastry Cup Champion 2017, Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) 2018 & Ice Cream World Cup Champion 2018, Jean-Thomas Schneider was the ideal chef to create this booklet that combines expertise and creativity.
Thanks to the collaboration of our distributors, he then shared these recipes, the products used, and his know-how in ASIA, through demonstrations.
Thus, more than 130 professionals got the opportunity to meet him, in South Korea (May 2019), in China (August 2019) and in the UAE (September 2019).
