Ingredients

Preparation

  • Linguine 150g
  • Candia Professional Topping Cream 50g
  • Sugar 10g
  • Virgin olive oil dried thyme 10g
  • Salt SQ
  • Pepper SQ
Step1

PORK STRIPS COOKING

  • Heat the oil in a pan
  • When hot, add the pork strips and let cook over high heat for 3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and season with pepper.

CREAM-THYME INFUSION

  • In a saucepan, heat the strands of thyme with the Candia Professionnel Topping Cream.
  • Bring to boil then take off from the heat and leave to infuse for 15 minutes.
  • Strain and use right away.
Step3

SERVING AND PRESENTATION

  • Place pasta in the middle of the plate.
  • Pour infused cream on the pasta and place the pork strips on top.
