SIAL is the largest trade fair dedicated to food. This year was an exceptional edition celebrating the 60th anniversary of the show. Our teams proudly presented our high-quality products made in France, as well as our new products for this year: Signature Gourmet Cream 40% and Signature Gourmet Butter.

The Signature Gourmet Cream 40%, with its creamy texture and fresh taste, has been designed to meet the demands of the finest chefs, offering exceptional quality and versatility in the kitchen.

The Signature Gourmet Butter stands out for its richness and subtle dairy flavor, ideal for both sweet and savory preparations.

The culinary demonstrations conducted at our booth showcased the multiple applications of these gourmet products. They also allowed visitors to taste and appreciate our range.

During this trade fair, we had the unique opportunity to bring together the sales representatives from our various subsidiaries such as Yoplait, Entremont, Eurosérum, and of course, Candia Professional. This collaboration created an incredible synergy, strengthening our relationships and allowing us to share our successes and innovations.

This edition was rich in meetings, professional exchanges, and discoveries. Our participation in SIAL France 2024 was a true success, allowing us to highlight our expertise and innovations.
