Numerous studies conducted in 2022 among pastry chefs in key countries for the development of Candia Professional (China, Taiwan, UAE, and Korea) revealed a strong demand for cream with higher fat content, and a unique and authentic taste, similar to fresh cream, with an ultra-gourmet yet melt-in-the-mouth texture.
In light of this, Sodiaal Dairy International has decided to launch Candia Professional Gourmet Cream in Q2 this year.
Signature is the brand that brings out the best Candia Professional has to offer. It seemed only natural that Gourmet Cream, a cream made from quality milk from our own breeders, combined with cutting-edge technology at the Awoingt factory, which gives it exceptional stability and a wide range of applications (liquid, semi-filled, soft peak, or 100% whipped), should be one of them.
A sustained marketing plan accompanies this launch:
– Training for over 100 people during a livestream from Le Cordon Bleu pastry school in the heart of Paris
– Technical recipe booklet and demonstrations to explain and convince in all key countries
– An ambitious digital communication plan and a massive press campaign
– Presentation at all international trade shows (Anuga, Gulfood, Sigep, FHA, Bakery China…)
