Innovation Candia Professional family is expanding !

Candia Professional launches Signature Gourmet Cream 40% in Q2 this year.

Numerous studies conducted in 2022 among pastry chefs in key countries for the devlopment of Candia Professional (China, Taiwan, UAE ans Korea) revealed a strong demand for cream with higher fat content, and unique and authentic taste, similar to the fresh cream, and an ultra gourmet yet mlet-in-the-mouth texture.

In ligth of this, Sodiaal Dairy International has decided to launch Candia Professional Gourmet Cream in Q2 this year.

It seemed only natural that Gourmet Cream, a cream made from quality milk from our own breeders, combined with cutting-edge technology at Awoingt’s factory which gives it exceptional stability and a wide range of applications (liquid, semi-filled, soft peak or 100% whipped), should be one of them.

A sustained marketing plan accompanies this launch:

– Training for over 100 people during a livestream from Le Cordon Bleu pastry school in the heart of Paris

– Technical recipe booklet, demonstrations to explain and convince in all key countries

– An ambitious digital communication plan and a massive press campaign press

– Presentation at all international trade shows (Anuga, Gulfood, Sigep, FHA, Bakery China ….
