First historical participation at SIAL Canada: Candia Professional reaffirms its international ambitions.

From 9 to 11th of May 2023,
23rd edition of SIAL Canada - at Toronto's Enercare Center,

North America’s largest food innovation show. As the gateway to the American and international markets, Candia Professional intends to expand its presence in this sector. Our teams proudly presented our high-quality, made-in-France products, including the flagship of our range: the  Signature Whipping Cream.

An amazing edition!

At this event, we invited our customers to spend some quality time with us, to better respond to their questions and future requests. It was also an opportunity to meet potential distributors interested in our top-of-the-range dairy products.

With its focus on meeting the needs of chefs, SIAL Canada is a unique platform for spotting new trends in food. Candia Professional reaffirmed its commitment to combining excellence and innovation by being as close as possible to the players in the sector.

Over the course of the three days, we discussed the current challenges facing the food industry, such as sustainability, traceability, and food safety, with a view to offering you ever more transparent and respectful products.
